If you don't mind stinky, polluted air from Beam and Board 100 yd away it's okay. Also little kids making noise and playing in the parking lot. The maintenance here has really gone downhill.
Thank you for always being so quick and efficient with repairs. It’s greatly appreciated and makes living here so enjoyable. I will be here 3 years the end of August and it’s been a wonderful experience.
The apartments are very nice at Deerbrook. Also, the gentlemen who maintain the property, particularly Chad, who often goes above and beyond, do a great job and respond quickly to any request. for help.
