I spoke with the owner of these apartments, and I have to say, it was a very unpleasant experience. He shows very little respect toward the people who live here. If he doesn’t like something, instead of having a normal conversation, he immediately tells you, “You can leave.” That kind of attitude toward tenants is completely unacceptable. People deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, especially in their own home.
If you don't mind stinky, polluted air from Beam and Board 100 yd away it's okay. Also little kids making noise and playing in the parking lot. The maintenance here has really gone downhill.
