The office manager Colette H***** is very rude and unprofessional. She threaten me over the phone when I attempted to get an explaination on why she put a FALSE failure to pay notice on my door. When I called she said "stop playing with me before you get hurt". This was not the first time she was rude to me. I went to office and when I came to the door she says THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT before I even got to show my receipt and locks the door then decides to unlock the door and come out and got in my face as well as grabbing... read more
Dirty very in clean for kids to play outside. Maintenance not kept up with air do not work. Manager Vicki rude and lazy. Animals use restroom inside hallways.
