A lot of infestation in this complex! Security is really bad! Gate is always open, anyone can just easily come in and out. If I were you guys stay out of this apartment complex! HORRIBLE PLACE EVER! BELIEVE ME BECAUSE I LIVED IN FOR MONTHS AND HATED IT!!!!!!
I have lived at Deer Valley Regency Apts for 2 years now and I have had no problems (with the exception of a few Maint issues) and even those were taken care of within 24 hours, one was my own fault (ummm, clogged toilet!) the others were just lights and normal stuff. They changed the Mgr and Maint Supv about 6 months ago and they are always both really friendly and seem to care about the Apt complex and the people who live here a lot more then the previous staff.
