I'm not one to leave reviews, but for this, it's a must. Recently I had some plumbing issues and a friend of mine referred me to Arid Valley Plumbing. I have to say right away the dispatcher Angela gave amazing customer service! She was kind, courteous and didn't make me feel like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone!! I could tell she enjoys helping people and really went above and beyond while assisting in finding someone to fix the PRV. Thanks Angela for being you! And thank you AVP for amazing job well done!

They dont even answer the phone! You are forced to talk to a robot! Where's the customer service???

Had a great experience on Monday, March 11th with Jon (I believe). He was helpful and informative as he quickly changed out a kitchen faucet that was calcified and frozen in place. He knew the community well, and the plumbing that was installed. DVP will be the service I call should I buy the condo I’m leasing that will need improvements in water treatment; and a most needed improvement in a new sink and relocation of the garbage disposal. Thank you DVP.
