Initially there was miscommunication with staff which would have resulted in a wrong date for delivery. However when this was rectified the flowers were delivered on the appropriate date and the recipient of this gift thought that the arrangement of flowers were beautiful. Thanks

This shop is incredible. I needed an arrangement for my dad’s celebration of life. I was lucky to get help from the amazing Michelle. She was so kind, very easy to talk to and she took the time to talk with me and listen. She gave me a hug when I got emotional. She was a very kind soul, we need more people like her in the world. A bouquet was ordered by someone I know based on a photo on the online catalogue and she paid a whopping $65 for this bouquet to be delivered. The bouquet consisted of mainly daisies and carnations with one rose, stuck in the middle whereas the photo was replete with beautiful roses and that's what she thought she was ordering. The explanation was that the flowers sent were in season and that it was simply a stock photo. This seems to me a misrepresentation at best.
