I love Sr. Wosu - professional, caring, understanding, paitent and honesty strongly recommend. I have sent family and friends. So happy Dr. Wosu is our family doctor, especially with the difficult time I am in. Staff is friendly and efficient too!
Everytime I've gone in since I was a kid, there as always been a MINIMUM of a 15min wait in the receptionist and then when you enter a room it's another 15min MINIMUM. I have never understood why when I have am appointment for 9 I'm not in seeing my doctor for at least 30+min apon arrival. For this reason and that it's been the same for 25 years, I recommend not booking here if you want to be in and out and feel valued for your time.
This office used to run well, not sure what happened, they have all new receptionists now who don’t seem to know what they are doing and are very unhelpful on the phone. Zero compassion towards patients and no attempt to help with my problem
Cant phone in eventhough irs 8:15am the line sais they are closed but they open and 8am...?
