I have gone to this office for a very long time. I won't go anywhere else! Carmen and Courtney up front are so sweet and go above and beyond with customer service. The whole staff is amazing and has been there forever! That's what I love! They know me when I walk in and remember things about my life, it's like they are my friends even though I only see them every 6 months! Dr. Spiegel is such an honest man and just a good guy! Such an amazing experience at this office! From the start the staff made me feel so comfortable and treated me ike I was a family. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist until I found their office. They are so friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Spiegel was wonderful and I highly reccommend anybody I know to go there!
Julianau, I have to disagree with every assertion that you have made in your review. After going to two different offices and receiving two different estimates I went to Deer Valley Dentistry for a third and final exam. Dr. Speigel looked at my teeth and told me that I didn't need half of the work that the other two offices had said I did. I went with them and have not had a problem since, with my teeth, Dr. Speigel or his staff.
DO NOT GO HERE – My experience at Deer Valley Dentistry has been by far the worst! If I was able to give negative stars I would. They wanted me as a new patient and I agreed to come for an appointment at their practice because they promised me that the appointment was paid for by my insurance and promised that there would NOT be any out of pocket expenses to me. Well, the staff at Dr. Jay Spiegel's office simply lied when they said the insurance would cover the appointment, so they could convince me to become their patient. ... read more
