We enjoyed the lunch provided by the Apartment today. During the COVID-19 , we can feel the warmest care from Deer Valley Apartment. Everything they did, including the immediadte response on maintaince and other requirement, make us feel this is our home. We do appreciate it.

I must say we have been just thrilled with the staff and tenants at Deer Valley Apartment Homes. The staff has been incredibly helpful in making our food truck able to be the best we can for their tenants, A+. The tenants are out of this world. They are some of the most friendliest and happiest customer's we have yet to encounter. we look forward to our Friday night being out at Deer Valley Apartment Homes. SFG Food Truck
I've lived here for 7 years and the staff here has always been wonderful to me and my son! Maintenance comes in a timely manner and is very courteous and professional. The hard part around here is just parking. Sometimes you may have to park a bit far if you have a second car, but that's to be expected in most places. Overall it has been a very nice and peaceful place to live. Happy resident Jenn
