The following photos are excerpts from my independent home inspection report dated November 2024. I have removed my address and the inspector’s name for privacy. Home has been unlevel since day 1. Still not level to this day! Almost 3 years in. UPDATED#4 BRAND NEW HOME BOUGHT. HOME STILL NEVER FIXED. HOME HAS BEEN SITTING ON LOT FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW. NEVER BEEN LEVELED CORRECT BECAUSE BEND IN FRAME. DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUNNNNN! Deer trace has slowly fixed stuff after being harassed by me and building code Enforcement of the state of kentucky.
