Home has been unlevel since day 1. Still not level to this day! Almost 3 years in. UPDATED#4 BRAND NEW HOME BOUGHT. HOME STILL NEVER FIXED. HOME HAS BEEN SITTING ON LOT FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW. NEVER BEEN LEVELED CORRECT BECAUSE BEND IN FRAME. DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUNNNNN! Deer trace has slowly fixed stuff after being harassed by me and building code Enforcement of the state of kentucky. I live in deer trace like a year in this place change the manager’s many times and all managers the same thing they put too many rules to us, but when something’s happen, you go to the office and tell them what’s going on They tell you that they are not responsible and do not want to do anything and leave everything to your responsibility
