Taylor has been amazing to work with! She’s responsive, caring, and really made a long and stressful home-buying process so much easier. We always felt supported and in good hands with her. Sandi, the Property Manager at Deer Trace, has also been super sweet in the few times we’ve interacted. Her kindness and professionalism haven’t gone unnoticed. We absolutely love our home and are so thankful for both Taylor and Sandi!

Very lovely place & the lady Sandi Durham was very well mannered & very polite. She was very helpful. I would highly recommend Ms. Durham for anyone. Sandi was very excited to help me out & continues to amaze me everyday with her help. She very perfetional in her job & the park is very well maintained. In the past couple months I've seen the park has improved & made a big impacted on the community.
