Lived here 5 years, not great. Previous management didn't want to pay to keep the pool clean so they just filled it in with dirt without asking any of the HOA paying home owners. Our stairs and siding have been painted blue by children of current and former residents. Not only did the parents do nothing, the Association took our photos and have done nothing (it's been 3+ years and it's still blue). A few months ago some guys came and sanded the railings, but have never been back. So we just have sanded railings with exposed ... read more
