As far as our homes go the build quality is definitely not there. The location is great and we have a pond/wetlands backyard. We have a a very large garage and really like our house.
Beautiful neighborhood. Sold food here with my Cuban food truck and now cut grass with my new business. Very clean well lit at night and well kept streets and properties.
Buyer beware. Deceitful practices. Pressure to buy. Warranty department is a nightmare. If you buy, make a 3-4 page punch-list because everything not on it will be a battle. Drainage poor. Communication poor. Better to spend more money on a home of better quality. And yes we live here.
Poor experience, I go to view properties without a price sheet and sales rep there told me the one I was looking at was 305900, and when I leave to go view other properties they tell me the price has changed in 2 hours to 316900. So unprofessional and unethical and bad for business in my opinion. I will not be dealing with DR Horton
