Absolute crap hole area to live in. The management company will not fix anything in a timely manner and good luck trying to get ahold of anyone above the morons they hire as property managers. Also it's government housing. So as a result drugs and thugs run the area. The kids and I mean little kids are brutal. If you don't qualify for GA housing you are held to higher prices for crappy places. West Chester City counsel should close the places down just for the crime factor

This is a horrible "neighborhood" to live in. There is always garbage and other people's children in our yard. We won't even let our 8 year old son play outside because we're scared of what he may see. The police are constantly here. The management has changed 4 times in the 3 years we've been here and nothing is ever taken care of the way it should be. Water mains break one after the other. I could go on and on. We move out in 5 days and I couldn't be more excited.
