It can have pets and everyone seems to have respect for others when walking their animals. Very clean!
Terrible there is a lady names Tanya she smokes weed all of the time and I can smell it from my apartment I would like the manager to do something about this please.
I disagree with the negative post. I have lived at Deer Run for 19 years. The onsite manager does a great job, maintenance is excellent and the people that live here cause no problems. I have very nice neighbors, the rental price is, comparatively, reasonable, and I hope to live here many more years.
