Very heartbroken with this facility. I just wanted to say thank you Deer Run for NOT helping my children's and I fur baby. My ex had brought our dog in and when I called to see what was going on they REFUSED to share any information. I gave them my info bc I wanted to pay for whatever medical tests and treatment that was necessary. Deer Run said they couldn't share anything with me due to privacy laws. Really?! Great place to bring your animals. The staff and Dr. Van Winkle clearly care about your pets. Such a high level of service and professionalism. So happy to have finally found an animal clinic I can trust
I have taken Chynna to Deer Run for 11-1/2 yrs. I never had a problem with any of the vets - they were always kind and loving with her. I never had any problems when requesting a certain vet. Since Dr. Van Winkle was fairly new to Deer Run, I decided I wanted to meet him and have him check out Chynna - I was impressed with him. There is a Wellness Program that you can check out and it covers quite a bit including doctor visits. Cindy Cosmo
Honestly, the best doctors and staff in NWI. Knowledgable in both behavioral and health issues for all animals. Takes their time to explain and educate owners. Patient, kind, and caring staff makes me feel like I made the right choice. I'm so glad I found you guys for my little man!
