I have lived at Deer Ridge for nearly 13 years. I REALLY wish to let corporate know that the current staff is EXCELLENT! Jacob, Denise, Cherie and Derrick have been so helpful and friendly! I honestly feel they treat me as family. Thank you all!

His quick response and dedication ensured minimal disruption, and his expertise in handling the situation was truly commendable. His proactive approach reflects positively on the maintenance team and contributes significantly to smooth operations. I highly recommend recognizing his efforts and ensuring that dedicated professionals like him continue to be part of our Deer Ridge community.
The problem was solved very quickly literally the next day after I asked for help, so thank you very much.
Finally I can report that Derrick and Cherie did a great job and took care of many of the items on my list. Finally five stars😊.
