Have stayed with Deer Ridge twice at 2 of their properties in the Sutton Knob community. My wife and I loved each time and will continue to rent through them when visiting the area!
Really let me down. Required all kinds of expensive upgrades and high priced, inhouse cleaning services, but hardly got it rented at all. Their excuse was that my house was in town. They should have told me that before they had me get those costly upgrades. One of the requirements was to get a card operated key lock for front door. Never got me the password to change it. Now i will be left with expense of taking care of that. I actually lost money by using them.
We loved our house :)
