very rude owner. raises lot rent every year
They raise the lot rent every year and the park manager is a power trip she's very rude. The roads need improvement. They claim the raise of lot rent is to improve the park. But not much has been done. Just more newer trailers been purchased with Noone living in them.
Park Manager does whatever she wants and makes hard on everyone there, plus she doesn't want to take care of any problems, she make the residents deal with it even though it is a park problem and she should take of it, glad I am not living there anymore, I feel sorry for the ones who still live there.
