We had a tour with Alexa and she was very helpful and answered all of our questions! She was prepared, presented all of the amendments, and was very nice.
Needed to move quickly due to accepting a new job in Jamestown. Alexa in the office was fabulous to work with! She gave me a tour right away on my schedule of different available apartments in town. I chose the gorgeous apartment in Deer Ridge immediately. Alexa made everything go very smoothly and I had possession of my new apartment within a week. Can't wait to enjoy living in Deer Ridge!
Working with Deer Ridge has been a breeze! Thank you to Alexis for being so great to work with. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and the building is very well taken care of.
Deer Ridge so far is arguably the best apartment complex I have lived in! Coming from North Carolina, the staff was very thorough for a virtual tour and explaining the amenities and features. They truly made my move-in process easy and smooth. Also, their maintenance staff is very helpful and efficient as mentioned on their website. I highly recommend Deer Ridge to any newcomers for a wonderful residential experience!
David is always on time and comes promptly when needed. Always pleasant.
