Deer Ridge Apartments have been amazing!!! They are so great to communicate with and very friendly. They keep this place very well maintained and clean. So much great stuff about them like having a gym, elevators to underground parking, and a community room with games and bbq grills! We have really enjoyed our stay here and feel so happy they have the technology and materials to keep the building and everyone safe!! This place is your next home!!
Have not lived here long, and honestly not impressed so far. Communication has been inconsistent, and getting responses regarding billing concerns has been difficult. I was charged for replacement blinds that were not physically damaged, only malfunctioning, and despite multiple respectful follow-ups, management stopped responding instead of properly addressing the issue. Christmas Eve, I was preparing food for supper and for Christmas Day. I preheated my oven then finding it wasn't working! In a panick, I rushed to the office to see if David was still here since it was almost 5pm. Alexa was in the office and rushed to find David. David appeared to my apt minutes later! He came prepared and ready to switch out the stove but in checking the outlet, he found the problem and fixed it! David went above and beyond. He was so pleasant about it to make sure our holiday food was prepared!
Great apartments. Well maintained and nice staff. Very impressed with David on the maintenance team. Every time I have an issue, he responds to the request within minutes. Awesome!
David is a wonderful helper when we need help.
