I had a five-star experience with the move-in process at Deer Ridge Apartment Homes. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making my transition very easy.
I moved in just a few weeks ago, and the services couldn’t have been better. Throughout the move-in process the staff were timely in answering my questions, accommodating with scheduling a tour, and very detailed with move-in procedures. The property is clean, secure, accommodating, pet-friendly, conveniently located, and the underground parking is a huge plus in winter. I’m very satisfied with moving into Deer Ridge!
Moving into Deer Ridge couldn't have been a better, easier experience. We ended up here in a weird, rushed situation, and Alexa went out of her way to meet with me and move things along as quickly as possible. Both her and Shelly have been beyond helpful (and forgiving, in light of our situation) while we got things settled and figured out. Moved from Texas & Alexa made the move in process extremely easy for me. Helped set up the apps I needed in order to access my apartment during after hours. Been living at Deer Ridge for about 3 weeks now & I have been enjoying every second of it. Very peaceful community. Highly recommend!
The management team here is nothing but kind and helpful. They made the move-in process very easy and are always willing to help with any questions you may have. Very much recommend Deer Ridge to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable apartment.
