This business will be bankrupt by 2027 if they’re not already. They have no business in guest services. Take your money any go any where else. This is mainly regarding the Lake Mayfield RV Resort but their dirty paws extend over a vast amount of run down properties. Heed the warning and divert your money to an actual well ran establishment. I feel sorry for anyone who may be stuck at their establishment
I live in the trailer court in Moxee wa. I want to start by saying that they over charge for rent for the lot alone. I own my mobile home and pay nearly $900 dollars for my space alone and mind you they don’t have any maintenance on site or never answer their calls. I called about 9 times in one day about my sewer line and wasn’t even able to leave a message they always try to raise the rent with no improvement to the mobile court whatsoever. Management here sucks all they care about is the money no care about their tenants.... read more
They suck as a manager I'm disabled and was behind on my rent instead of working with me they kicked me out on the street
I’m starting to believe the owners are con artists or there is a deeper organization than just rv parks and manufactured homes. There is a pattern and consistency happening throughout properties these two folks own Michael and Denise Werner. The trash has not been taken out at the property in Estacada for over 1 month. They sent workers from RV inn style to finally clean up the bathrooms and load their personal work trucks with garbage bags. Where is our money going if the trash service is not being paid?
