For a second time in a year, the estimator came; located the problem and stayed to repair my roofing problem. I had extra new shingles that he used to perform the task. Jack could have easily went back to the shop and booked another employee to come, on a different day. I give Jack a five star rating for his promptness, expertise and helpful attitude. I would recommend Jack and Deer Park Roofing to everyone.

After having some siding damage occur by Duke Energy and critters Deer Park Roofing came highly recommended by a smaller company. I spoke with JJ in the office about scheduling on a residential and commercial property not only was she super polite an knowledgeable it got done quickly and saved me further property damage. Deer Park Roofing was recommended to us after we received a very expensive quote from another company. They came out, inspected our roof and explained our options in an easy to understand way. Not only are we happy with the work that they did, but we're also happy with the money we saved. From our first contact through completion of the job, we felt that this was a company we could trust to be honest and to do excellent work. What a wonderful company. Patrick W**t explained what work needed to be done. This included an issue with a soft spot in the roof another company missed totally. I have had such a positive experience with Deer Park Roofing. Starting with the gentlemen who came out and explained in detail how the installation would go, to receiving my written proposal (which seemed to be a problem with other roofers) to everyone in the office with their communication letting me know everything that was going to take place and to the installers.
