I have been going to FBBC in Deer Park since I wanted to “try it out” back in 2013. 12 years later and I am zoom in or attend in person, still attending. The trainers are fantastic. Aly is the best. And the other members are like a family, keeping you accountable, etc.
The best decision I made was signing up for FitBody boot camp Coach Patrick and Ali has helped me so much with nutrition eating habits exercises and especially losing the weight So grateful and love my morning workouts
