I have been happy with this office, Until I had to start seeing NP Jewell. I honestly feel like she doesn't care. I have already had three surgeries on my cervical spine for DDD. Now I'm in excruciating pain from my tailbone. Which I can feel move when I sit down. She ordered an MRI of my lumbar spine, not my tailbone... I made an appointment 6 months ago for a shingles vaccine, after having a bad case on my face which your doctor misdiagnosed and treated as an infection causing unnecessary pain and a scar. I called yesterday at 330 and was told you had the vaccine. if patients need an appointment for the vaccine, you knew I was coming in, presumably you knew how many doses you had left, how the @$%& did you run out in the hour you were still open? why can't I find a list of the practitioners in your office. I've got an appointment with a new one instead of Weiss and I can't find a web page that lists her information, even the spelling of her last name. The web page link sends you to some obscure "private search" page, which seems fishy.
Had my first meeting with my new GP and loved her! Everyone is so nice and I'm super excited to have Dr. Wantland as my new doc! �
I saw NP Cheryl Makk, very easy to talk to, got my meds refilled, and she was very thorough ordering labs to check my diagnoses
The people here are wonderful! They always have time to see me and answer all my crazy questions
