Terrible service and zero respect for patients' time. I brought my 1-year-old son here for a simple vaccination. Our appointment was at 3:10 PM, but we didn’t leave until 4:00 PM. It makes no sense why a 2-minute procedure takes nearly an hour when you have a scheduled appointment. My toddler had to endure unnecessary stress and fear the entire time. Highly unprofessional."
