I’ve never used these ppl before but they’re customer reps are HORRIBLE. I’ve called this company multiple times. The first phone call I made an appointment but I was still looking for some other businesses. Second phone was to another company and I made an appointment with them also and I called the first business to cancel. The rep told me I will receive a call in about 15-30 mins from the technician. 3 hrs went by, no call. I called them back and they said I cancelled my appointment.
