Consistently great. I've taken 3 different cars here, always had a good experience.
My experience was not great. I booked an appointment last week for an oil change, and they seemed surprised I had an appointment when I brought my car in today. I called them around 5pm to check in on my car and they said they didn't have a chance to get to it yet and will work on it tomorrow, to which I said no since I needed it this evening. What's the point of booking an appointment?? When I picked up my car, they charged me double what they originally quoted me for the oil change. I'm giving them 2 stars since they ended... read more
