My car needed a new crank position sensor, and Deer Park Automotive installed a defective aftermarket part. Within a few days, my car was having serious acceleration issues clearly caused by the defective part. When I brought it back, not only did they refuse to replace the defective sensor, they had the audacity to charge me an extra $100 for an unauthorized “diagnostic” that somehow concluded nothing was wrong.
