The lack of desire to keep clean grounds. The fence fell over in the spring and they propped it up with 2x4. I thought that was temporary but here we are going into fall/winter again with it this way. It takes a minimum of 2 months to get a tech out to do anything. I know this because I have talked to neighbors who have been waiting on techs for numerous months for different things. Rent keeps increasing yet they are doing nothing to increase the appearance/ living grounds. Their communication is terrible. They leave emails ... read more
