Update October 2025: fence is still down, leaning over and no longer secured with 2x4 (if that is what you wanna call it). This place is absolute garbage. The lack of desire to keep clean grounds. The fence fell over in the spring and they propped it up with 2x4. I thought that was temporary but here we are going into fall/winter again with it this way. It takes a minimum of 2 months to get a tech out to do anything. I know this because I have talked to neighbors who have been waiting on techs for numerous months for differe... read more
What is the point of emergency maintenance when they dont help????? I used to work for weidner. Literally the WORST, being a resident or for employment. I should have known better than move into deer park but not many places allow animals. My ceiling above my tub has been leaking, someone came over once and said they would be back the next day to fix the issue. They never came back!!!!!
