Not professional and very rude. I was disappointed on a family member wedding that the staff does not care once you sign for the venue!
Great place to share your vows and celebrate with family and friends if you are in the San Fran area. Came as a guest to my nephew's wedding and was blown away by the atmosphere and beauty and how the staff handled every aspect of one glorious evening���
