I’ve only been living here for about a month and my experience has already been disappointing. Move-in was unorganized I was told to come back later for keys even though I signed my lease weeks in advance, and the unit was not ready. Floors were dirty, faucets had debris, the shower has no temperature control (either freezing or extremely hot), toilets leaked, and the fridge leaks a dark residue. I lived here for three years and had a great experience. The property was well-maintained, management was responsive, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. The community felt safe, quiet, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
I have had a wonderful experience living here! The move-in process was incredibly smooth and well-organized, making my transition completely stress-free. Throughout my stay, the management and maintenance teams have been fantastic—always responsive, professional, and friendly. Fell in love instantly!!!!! Justin was amazing at finding me my perfect haven!!!! He carefully listened to all my needs and answered all my questions!!!!! Best management team ever!!!!!
My overall experience was smooth & simple to understand plus any questions I may have had. Justin was a big help, very knowledgeable & gave me a tour of several units before choosing. No pressure to choose on the spot & able to get ahold of if you called or stopped by. Definitely recommend this complex & Justin as your tour guide!
