My wife and I have live this place I have been at these apartments. I am so blessed that Ashley helped me with the process of getting a place to live. Ashley is one of the most professional people I know. Very quietly area wonderful place to live and Wonderful to watch lake water. They have everything you need AC, Heat, Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Internet, TV also Garage as well. This is best apartment complex. My son and I have lived at Deer Lakes, for about a year. We could not be happier to call this place our home. With being new to living in an apartment, we were not sure what to expect. The surroundings are nice and it is always a quiet, safe atmosphere. The maintenance crew is willing to help with whatever you need and do so by getting to your request as quickly as possible. Deer Lakes was the first community I toured when planning to move to Buffalo area, and I instantly fell in love! The community is set up so beautifully and well maintained. The gym has everything you need. Ashley , the manager has been super helpful from the beginning when I toured the place, to helping me get approved, and then to moving apartments.
