I am completely thrilled to have called Deer Lakes my home for almost 5 years. The location is tranquil and the community is friendly. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home than I did at Deer Lakes. Additionally, Ashley is an incredible, super responsive property manager. If you are looking for a place to live that offers an extensive amount of amenities, with an attentive property manager, friendly management staff, beautiful views, AND at a reasonable rent in Buffalo, NY, Deer Lakes is the place for you!
I had a wonderful rental experience here. While the facilities themselves may not be particularly fancy, everything is more than made up for by the outstanding management team. The manager,Ashley does a wonderful job at communicating with the residents and managing the complex. The place is clean and a beautiful place to live. Very walkable and close to everything.
I never write reviews, but If I could give 10 stars to measure the experince I had moving into Deer Lakes I would. The staff is outstanding in every way. Ashley the property manager made herself consistantly availible, even when I was calling from a 6 hour difference time zone.
