As a long time renter, this community has, by far, surpassed my expectations. Ashley is personable and friendly. She always addresses emails and phone calls within a timely manner and makes you feel heard. The leasing office’s team members do a lot to organize events for tenants which is nice, in my opinion, to be thought of more than “just a renter”. The community is CLEAN, safe and quiet. Ashley was phenomenal. The staff was super attentive. The wall to wall carpet was an issue for me. Apartments were good but def needed to be upgraded.
Alright, I owe this place a solid review. First, we moved here from California and what a difference in cost to quality of life. We love it here. Front of office is great, Ashley responds to e-mails in a timely manner. I've been able to ask questions, get replies, and she's even hosted a nice winter community event too. Deer Lakes Apartments is a must-see and the place to live if you are moving to Buffalo! There is a great scenery of the lake and the area is safe. Ashely Hansen, the property manager, is amazing and she made the move-in process easy. She is also very responsive and dedicated to help. The apartment interior and exterior overall is well-maintained and notably spacious. For students, it is conveniently located close to University of Buffalo (North Campus). Ashley was super nice and the maintenance was so good with beautiful lake. But we hated the floor plan as the living room was super small but the bedrooms were too big. And our unit got very low natural light so it was cold even during summers (it was in the shade). That’s why we decided to move out for a better floor plan.
