Lived there through my college years and it’s been an amazing experience with Deer Lakes. The property manager, Ashley, is super nice and always be willing to help out. Maintenance people are great and always get work done fast. Overall it’s been a great experience for me and my roommates.
My daughter and her boyfriend have been living in Deer Lakes for 8 months. They are both college students and had been in Collegiate Apartments for 6 months prior to that. Collegiate was great on paper. It was furnished, gated community. But it was noisy at all hours, so they moved to Deer Lakes. Ashley and Mikayla have been a dream to deal with. I have been to visit. Deer Lakes Apartments exceeded my expectations! The design is modern and spacious, with wonderful natural light and lake view. The amenities, like the fitness center are top-notch. Located in a vibrant area with fantastic shops and cafes nearby, Deer Lakes Apartments is truly a great place to live.
