I had a very positive experience living here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the community was quiet and pleasant. The location is convenient, and the management and maintenance staff were always friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

I lived at Deer Lake for five years and stayed in several units with different layouts and orientations, so I have a good understanding of the property. The biggest drawback is the sound insulation between floors. Impact noise and low-frequency vibrations travel very easily, and unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it. I lived here for three years and out of all my renting experiences, my experience with Deer Lakes has been by far the best. The property management and maintenance team here particularly stand out. They’re all extremely friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend living here!
We recently rented the community room for a bridal shower and a wedding welcome dinner, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. There was cornhole and fire pits outside too.
