When you are serious about recovery come to Deer Hollow. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it. I am a Paramedic that came up in the time of “stuff those emotions down”, I’m here to tell you that does not work. They come back with a vengeance and hopefully you don’t take your own life before you get help. DH very well may have saved my life! I had never been to anything like this before and had never been to a therapist, so I went in with no prior experience of what to expect. The entire team was so supportive and knowledgeable and clearly passionate about helping! I have started rediscovering myself along my journey here and am starting to do something that I haven’t done in years… actually look forward to things and the future. Thank you DH for everything!
