All the rooms open up to a great view of Fall River. There are amenities out on the grass in front of the river (chairs, benches, picnic tables). They have a community fire pit and complimentary s'more kits. It's a quiet place as it is child free. They have a hot tub but we did not use it. And honestly they are just great people, their smiles and jokes made it worth while to stay here. LGBTQ friendly!
The owners were great, rooms super clean, only 5 minutes from the park. Will stay again next time I’m headed to the park!
Beds are comfortable allowing us a good nightstay, the owners were very nice and took the time to explain the park routes with patience and some other scenic paths. The rooms are pretty clean and well maintained and we experienced a wonderful fragrance when we entered the room every time. The view was the highlight, overlooking a stream, the flowers and the humming bird drinking water outside the room, all contrubuted towards enhancing the ambience. My wife and I stayed for our celebration of our 50th anniversary. We absolutely loved it there. So relaxing, beautiful scenery. The river flowing through the property sounds so relaxing. You can use location as a base then explore so much in the area, Rocky mountain national Park or the main street in Estes Park. I also say that you could just opt to stay right on the property and enjoy the peaceful river front, the garden area ECT. The staff were very friendly. We are already planning our next visit .
