Place is great, but leasing manager Sandy is unfair. A good friend of mine who previously lived there for 2 years was denied even with a strong co-signer because he was short $200 from the income requirement. Mind you— they asked him to show 3x of what rent is… Only reason why he left in the first place was because he bought a house so it’s not like he was a bad resident.
