Wonderful caring people in the office and out at the barn
I really want to thank you Cindi and your assistant for helping me with Tater Tot-Your hugs and care for Tater made a world of difference...ya'll were so quick in a time of need-you are such an amazing person and you really helped with my anxiety-I am still in pieces but putting them back together-Please tell your assistant(sorry, forgot her name) that I really appreciate her too. Thank you to Allison as well(you were awesome and on point)! I'd give ya'll 10 stars if I could!
Really Rude Staff Allison was so rude and ignorant I will never go back.
Dr. Arledge has always been patient and wonderful with my rescue horse, even when he demanded 2 emergency visits in one day. She always takes the time to explain things to me and make sure that I understand what is going on and what our options are. Allison inn the office is TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Always goes above and beyond to be helpful!
Love Dr. Jim -- he takes his time and explains diagnoses, meds, potential outcomes. He keeps my budget in mind and doesn't do unnecessary procedures. He is kind and gentle with the horses -- just the best! Allison (in the office) is always friendly and helpful.
