Verified Renter Extremely helpful I had an amazing tour experiience, receiving helpful tips about the city and suggestions beyond the leasing experience.
Poor Management I would not recommend living here. There are drug deals going on, people breaking into your cars and management doesn't do anything about it. They have no security cameras. They also overcharge you for rent and "damage" fees for things that are not actually damaged. Do not trust the landlords at Deer Creek Apartments.
It's amazing then treat you well do party for your kids and animals just I am really enjoying it here looking forward to more fun here
They are beautiful I would love to live there
Deer Creek Apartments I've lived at Deer Creek Apartments for 3-years. Very clean, very quiet, and very pet friendly. There is a workout room which is open 24/7. Parking is limited but you have at least one assigned parking spot. Close to downtown Spokane. Bus transportation is just a walk down the street...but no sidewalk so you end up walking on the side of the highway.
