These people need to get their act together. I reached out for an appointment and it took a while before someone got back to me, but I got it booked. Then I got sick and had to reschedule and that's where things got ridiculous. I got a response saying they're sorry Im not feeling well and here's 2 options on the new date. I select a time and say thank you. Moments later, I get an identical text, like word for word, except this one says there's no appointments on my selected date.
