It is sad that my beloved vet's office has disappointed me. I am not a negative person by nature but customer service is a HUGE thing for me. I called today to get a refill on my pet's eye drops (poor thing needs them 2x a day every day for the rest of her life) and was told that the vet would not refill the prescription without first having me come into the office and pay for an doctor's visit. We love Deer Creek Animal Hospital! We walk in and they greet our dogs by name and our dogs love going for day care, grooming and boarding! Plus, the vets are amazing.
The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! They have taken such wonderful care of all our animals but most of all our little Pork chop our pot belly pig . He was attacked by a dog in dec loosing is right front leg. They were waiting our arrival and took such great care of him ... Thanks to Dr Higgins and all the girls Chop is doing fantastic and getting around just fine on his 3 little hooves. I've recommend them to several people. And even if we moved father away we would still make the drive. Thank you deer creek

The staff is always happy and helpful. Great family feeling when you walk in the doors. They also genuinely care about your animals and won't stop till they are fully healed or better. No other vet clinic like this one :)
