Resort guests spend most of their stay in the yard or interacting with staff members. They return to their spacious runs in the evening for welcomed rest.

Horrible horrible place.... Do not bring your pet here. Completely unprofessional and unsanitized. My dog suffered.
I truly wish I could give Deer Creek 0 stars, that's how awful my experiences have been thus far. Let me preface this by saying my puppy (which I had only four days prior) was violently ill, severely vomiting along with diarrhea. We have been going to this hospital for all of our dogs for almost 20 years. So disappointed as this is not the first time one of my dogs got kennel cough by getting groomed there. My husband called extremely upset wanting to talk to the manager and they refused to let him. He said he did not mind waiting in hold they refused again escalating an already escalated situation. YOU KILLED A HEALTHY PITBULL PUPPY YESTERDAY THAT MY FRIEND TRUSTED YOU WITH!! EAR CROP SURGERY. YOU CALL TO TELL.HER HE IS DONE AND OUT OF SURGERY THEN 45 MINUTES LATER CALL HER TO TELL HER HE IS DEAD!! YET WHEN SHE GETS THERE HE STILL HAD HIS EARS!!! NOOO SURGERY WAS EVEN PERFORMED!!!!
My sister took her puppy in yesterday to have his ears cropped, they did not disclose the risks of having the procedure done nor did she have to sign a waiver. 3 workers told her he would be fine. They later called to let her know he passed away, only then did they tell her that animals sometimes die under anesthesia! So sad and unprofessional...it’s clear that the money is more important to them than the life of the animals in their care. My sister lost her best friend...and is heartbroken....
A puppy died from an operation that shouldn't even be lethal by any capacity. Someone needs to be fired.
DO NOT EVER TAKE AN ANIMAL HERE! You will get a call saying your animal died!
