I am struggling with chronic illness and have multiple specialists participating in my care. The first time I saw Dr. Zalkind he dismissed my other doctors opinions and findings, would not review previous testing or listen to my symptoms and experiences, said he could give me enough medication to 'stop my heart' if he wanted to (as a way to explain how a medication worked). I cried during a procedure as my bodies reaction to the shock and he was annoyed and upset with me, rather than providing comfort and care.

I had a very upsetting experience with this cardiologist. This was my first cardiology appointment, and I came in scared and anxious about palpitations. I had a holter monitor and abnormal echo cardiogram that HE READ and when i came into my appointment he disregarded these tests and told me there was nothing wrong with my heart and that im just malnourished. My primary confirmed i have something wrong with my heart. Zalkind just doesnt seem to care

Absolutely not up to st. I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for 15 years and have felt heard and supported since day one. I recently had a serious health problem and he took the time to call me after hours while I was in the hospital to check in on me. He spends as much time as we need to discuss my health, I never feel rushed. He has been spending extra time and care with me to make sure I get in better health. I wish everyone had a doctor like him!

I waited six months for my appointment with Dr. Dragan based on recommendations from a dozen people who said he was the right choice. After reading my note from Dr. John Kelly, it was clear he recognized my discomfort, stating, 'it looks like you're in some pain.'
