This appears to be a one-man operation, or at best a small setup with one additional service person working under someone named Darwin, who has been extremely unprofessional throughout my experience. They present themselves as a larger company, but their behavior suggests otherwise. This guy is the reason my warranty claim got denied and HE MADE SURE OF IT. Darwin didn’t come to do an honest inspection. He showed up with a decision already made and then went behind my back and called the warranty company to push that I get denied. That is not just unprofessional, it is deliberate sabotage. I have contacts inside the warranty company who confirmed everything. He didn’t just report what he saw, he took it upon himself to influence the outcome. We were looking for a new weekly pool care person. We contacted Pool Bros and Darwin stopped by. The initial meeting went well. He was on the same page as us when it came to our pool service needs. We set up the start date and billing with him and were expecting him to start the next week. We also asked for our pool filter to be cleaned on the start date as well. Excellent pool equipment installation team, knowledgeable and dependable staff and excellent customer service. They’re the best around in the area with pool heater installation, and I am always amazed by their weekly pool service! Excellent pool company- the best in the business!
