Yos is incredible :') she’s easy to talk to, genuinely listens, and makes therapy feel comfortable and judgment-free ( which isn't always the case). She has a way of helping you understand your emotions and patterns without pressure, while still guiding you toward real growth. Her feedback is blunt; yet sweet. Her support is genuine, and she offers tools you can actually use in your daily life. Working with her has helped me make meaningful progress, and I’m truly grateful for her guidance.
