I encountered her for the first time in the hospital. She was pleasant, answered my questions, and never seemed rushed. So I decided to continue seeing her outpatient. Again, her manner was positive, has been responsive to my phone calls, even spending significant time on the phone with me to try to work out some wrinkles in my treatment. If I had any complaint, it's a problem many specialists have--it takes time to get an appointment.

She show little concern over my A1C remaining high and the affects on my liver and other organs. Clearly neglectful. Question rather it is a race or agism thing. Not clear but won't take me for my scheduled visit, because I was 16 minutes late. I thought the appt was for 11:30am not 11:20am. Sat in waiting room until next person came who was Caucasian.
