Dr. Kunnath is very polite, thorough and will take the time to troubleshoot your concerns with you. She also doesn’t hesitate to refer you to specialists either which is a breath of fresh air!
I was 5 minutes late to my 9:30 appt, even though I had done the pre-registration online, and was turned away and told to reschedule. Mind you, the roads were unbearable because there was a flood advisory for the area yet I tried to get there asap because I have been a patient for YEARS, and still I was told to reschedule. Now, in the past I had been waiting in lobby or examination room for 15-30min and never once complained, I just understand that things happen and folks are trying their best. But no, none of that mattered.... read more
Mediocre experience, came in very late and did not troubleshoot my issue well. Would recommend seeing different provider.
