Dr. Kunnath is very polite, thorough and will take the time to troubleshoot your concerns with you. She also doesn’t hesitate to refer you to specialists either which is a breath of fresh air!
I was over billed twice by this Doctor, I reached out to the practice’s manager Lauren as well. The manager is so unprofessional and hypocrite. I am sure a lot of her patients have faced that issue. And virginia hospital center should be ashamed of having staff like these.
I was 5 minutes late to my 9:30 appt, even though I had done the pre-registration online, and was turned away and told to reschedule. Mind you, the roads were unbearable because there was a flood advisory for the area yet I tried to get there asap because I have been a patient for YEARS, and still I was told to reschedule. Now, in the past I had been waiting in lobby or examination room for 15-30min and never once complained, I just understand that things happen and folks are trying their best.
