I was over billed twice by this Doctor, I reached out to the practice’s manager Lauren as well. The manager is so unprofessional and hypocrite. I am sure a lot of her patients have faced that issue. And virginia hospital center should be ashamed of having staff like these.
I was 5 minutes late to my 9:30 appt, even though I had done the pre-registration online, and was turned away and told to reschedule. Mind you, the roads were unbearable because there was a flood advisory for the area yet I tried to get there asap because I have been a patient for YEARS, and still I was told to reschedule. Now, in the past I had been waiting in lobby or examination room for 15-30min and never once complained, I just understand that things happen and folks are trying their best. Mediocre experience, came in very late and did not troubleshoot my issue well. Would recommend seeing different provider.
Great doc and very patient. She sits and actively listen to your concern. I was recommended by my sister who is a nurse with VHC. Glad I found her.
My favorite doctor of many years retired and I needed to find a new PCP. I decided to try out a D.O. instead of and M.D. and I’m so glad I did! Dr. K has amazing bedside manner and really cares about what’s going on with you. I never felt rushed and she was happy to get as much info as I could give her (which is a lot, because I ramble, and she was able to tolerate that lol).
