Responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable! We've used them for seasonal maintenance as well as necessary fixes (even with old systems) across many properties and they've been reliable every time. Highly recommend.
Had such a wonderful experience with deeper roots. We had ongoing issues with our sprinkler system for years and a previous company couldn't diagnose the issue and suggested digging up and replacing the entire system. In just a few hours, deeper roots was able to figure out the issue, and came up with an easy and much cheaper fix that worked. Would highly recommend and will be using them again moving forward!
We have a rental property in Bozeman that needed sprinkler maintenance and an updated sprinkler control system. Deeper roots was easy to schedule and they did a great job getting our sprinkler system set up for the spring/summer. Very impressed with the quality of their work and their friendliness. We will definitely be using them for all of our future sprinkler needs.
Deeper roots came out to help us with water pressure issues with our irrigation. Kris, the owner, was so helpful and was able to identify the issue within two quick visits. Turned out when we had a water softer installed over the winter the sprinklers were incorrectly plumbed into the softener system, even though we had been told it would not be. I had some pretty significant sprinkler system issues coming out of winter (line cut in multiple spots due to internet install, old heads spraying everywhere or not working). The Deeper Roots team came THE SAME DAY I CALLED to start working the problems and within a week had fully repaired a 12 zone system. I highly recommend the team at Deeper Roots, especially when about four other places wouldn't even consider doing the work I was asking for!
