Kind and friendly staff. Dr. Prusty is straight forward and doesn’t dance around a topic which I really appreciate! She sometimes runs behind schedule but that’s because she’s not going to cut your time short if you have more questions or things you want to discuss. She and her staff work with you to make sure tests and exams will be ordered so that your insurance will cover it.
I had a appt with her that my Dr set up, I got the building and was not let inside. I called the receptionist numerous times to be told they would be right out to let me in. I was there early, I stood outside for a good ten minutes waiting to be let in, then I got extremely annoyed and left. I then a few weeks later received a no show bill. This Dr is very unprofessional and I refuse to be referred to her ever again.
She is extremely unprofessional rude and very condescending. She charges you for appointments that you cancel and than can even give you the number to billing. I will stay as far away from this place
Dr. Prusty is fantastic! She really gets to know you as both patient and person. She is very knowledgeable in every way that blood chemistry affects your body and well-being. Most of all, she takes the time to explain everything in plain language, and in a way that is very welcoming.
