Dr. Prusty has a very warm personality and she knows her stuff. I like that she doesn't just give orders like many of the old school docs- Dr. P provides education, really listens to my concerns, and includes me in the decision making process. As another reviewer mentioned- yes, sometimes I might have to wait but it's nothing crazy. Especially when I know that I'm going to get all the time I need when it's my turn.

Been seeing Dr. Prusty for years and she’s a wonderful, caring doctor. My only criticism is sometimes you have to wait and her appointments are long (because she’s thorough and actually spends time to talk with you), but I much prefer that over being herded through like cattle in 10 minutes.

This is the WORST experience with a doctors office that I have EVER had and I have had many docs over the years. They treat sick patients like a bank account and charge ridiculous fees for canceling or lie and say you did not show. This Doctor’s office does not care about the patients they care about the money they are making off sick people and will lie to do it! I wish I had read reviews before making an appt. When I decided not to go here for treatment, I called and cancelled and then almost 8 weeks later received an $80.... read more

Kind and friendly staff. Dr. Prusty is straight forward and doesn’t dance around a topic which I really appreciate! She sometimes runs behind schedule but that’s because she’s not going to cut your time short if you have more questions or things you want to discuss. She and her staff work with you to make sure tests and exams will be ordered so that your insurance will cover it.
