On August 24 I had a mammogram at Fairfax Radiology Consultants (FRC) that came back with an abnormality. On August 29 I had a follow-up mammogram which indicated that I needed a biopsy. All of these reports were sent to Dr Dias. A particular type of biopsy procedure was recommended in the August 29th report from FRC. A prescription needed to be sent for the biopsy, from Dr Dias, to Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) in order for me to have the biopsy done at their Landsdowne facility versus
