Attempted to make an Appointment today only to be told that they are booked until April 2026. The receptionist however, needs a course in etiquette and manners. I wouldn’t put my health in your hands to save my life! Good riddance and avoid this dump! It’s a reflection of the owner and that can only be one person Deepa Pai!!
Dr. Pai cares about her patients. I appreciate her being the only one in years to care enough to go over everything and look into the problem I am having. Thank you.
Dr. Pai is an amazing doctor. She always listens to my concerns, addresses them, is very frank and honest, and shows no judgement. On top of that, she does an excellent job explaining and educating me on the different health issues and treatments.
I have tried numerous times to call for either an appointment or to discuss my bill. No matter if it's in the morning, afternoon or evening, I can never get someone to answer the phones. I've left several voicemail and no return calls. I recently called for a pre-op clearance for surgery and have yet to get a call back. I'll be looking for a new doctor.
