Very rude. They picked up the phone and when I told them the problem, they hung up. I thought it was a connection issue, but when I called back multiple times, the line rang a little bit and then got sent to voicemail. This means that they intentionally hung up after finding out the service. A more professional way to approach this would’ve been “we are in the middle of a job, can I call you later?” or “sorry, we are busy at the moment” or “we don’t do that job”. Very unprofessional…
