I went in feeling very tight spending many days on my boat strained muscle, Was completely transformed started with my feet and worked all the way up to my neck. confident and competent that’s the best way I can describe Monique techniques will leave you feeling refreshed with her professional attitude. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time.

I try to visit Monique for a massage as much as I can given my busy schedule. Which helps that she's available outside of "regular work hours". I always feel so relaxed after a massage by Monique, even when the deep tissue massage has crunched away the knots in my muscles and I'm feeling bruised! I definitely recommend the Deep Tissue but have also benefited from a lighter remedial massage when I strained my back muscles. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment this weekend

I have been having a regular massage with Monique on a regular basis for approx the last 18mths. I have had a bulging disc issue which has created a lot of inflamation in my body. The regular massage has definetly assisted in relieving the issues I have had with sciatica. Do your body a favour and take a regular massage.

I have been going to Monique once a month for a couple of years. Monique provides an excellent massage. She uses good and firm pressure and kneads away those knots and tight spots. Monique is also a lovely person. You will leave feeling relaxed and supple. Good value for money too. Roger
