My first experience at DSH was extremely positive. All of the deep muscle pain was relieved . I highly recommend .
Lamar is brilliant. I scheduled sessions to work on core weakness with complicated spine and joint issues. The before and after for me are pretty stunning.I highly recommend this very thoughtful and talented therapist.
An amazing experience so relaxing and gentle. Not only did he get my knots and misalignments together but shared his knowledge of how I can taks care of myself at home. Of course I forgot to listen so I'll be back. Thanks for doing what you do.
